The constitution described herein is based on the fundamentals of a transparent and democratic organisation:

a) The ultimate authority rests with the General Assembly of members

b) A broad "Advisory Board" consisting of the Board and Task Force or Committee Chairs, together with other selected leaders, which shall be convened from time to time, but as a minimum twice a year upon the invitation of the President

c) The Executive Board as described herein (Table 1)
